Some key details for the concert…
- List of names for Concert programme – please tick for spelling etc
- Each ensemble please give Tony details of what is to be played and who is playing by next week’s rehearsal at the latest – [email protected]
- Concert Dress is All Black
- City Halls opens at 1pm – enter only via Stage Door on Albion Street
- Dressing Rooms available as usual, but recommend you come changed, if possible.
- Dress rehearsal on Grand Hall stage – baton down at 1.30
- Full Orchestra rehearsal finishes 2.15, allowing 45 mins for ensembles to rehearse before public admitted. Concert starts at 3.30pm
- Alex Gascoine will act as compere, as before but will be encouraged to have brief interviews with different members of the orchestra. Please let Tony know if you are either keen to do this or would not want to be involved.
