Playing member applications are now open for the Spring 2014 season. Click here to complete the online application form. Applications will close on Wednesday 29 January, and the outcome will be notified shortly thereafter.
The first rehearsal is scheduled for Tuesday 18 February.
The repertoire this season will include the Schubert Symphony No. 8 (“Unfinished”) and a popular piece (eg. the Dambusters March or similar), together with a blend of easier and more challenging music to appeal to all levels of player and all sections of the orchestra.
For the next concert we are hoping to confirm a booking at City Halls for the last week of May or first week of June, but cannot be certain of the precise date at this point. We will update this as soon as we know.
