A few people may be having problems with the online enrolment form, especially when using devices such as iPads or smartphones.

If you think you have submitted the enrolment form, but have not received an automatic email confirming submission and giving payment details, please email your details direct to: enrol@merchantsinfonia.org.uk

To help resolve the problem, please indicate what device you are using for online submission.
