I’m putting together an orchestra for the Glasgow 2014 celebrations in which the Theatre is staging a new work ‘On Common Ground”. It’s a massive community performance with First Nation Canadian storytellers taking place in the last week of July. (Link below for you to have a look.)
Rehearsals are already underway with the cast and I am still looking for a few players to fill some positions. Might you have some string players (one/two cello and perhaps viola) and a tenor trombone that would enjoy coming along to play with us on a Monday evening 7-9pm rehearsals. the music is being written each week as the rehearsals unfold, so each musician has music crafted to their own ability.
