Following a period of open consultation, the draft constitution was adopted with minor amendments at the inaugural meeting of founder members on Tuesday, 2nd July 2013. A minor amendment (Clause 9.5) was adopted at an EGM on Tuesday, 18th February 2014, with a further amendment (Clause 3.1 and consequent renumbering) at an EGM on 28 October 2014. The constitution was revised in 2022 in view of the orchestra’s intention to apply to become a registered charity and the revised constition was adopted at the AGM on 1 November 2022.
