Membership enrolment is normally a two-stage process – please see full details for clarification:

For membership enrolment…

Step 1: New members and existing members who wish to renew their membership should complete the online membership enrolment and GDPR consent form. Enrolment is free of charge and can be done at any time.  It will ensure that you are on the mailing list for future announcements and playing applications.

In line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), details and consent permissions given in the enrolment form will be taken as being valid for two years. Members are therefore required to resubmit the enrolment form at two-yearly intervals. The current interval is deemed to have started on 1 January 2024. If you have not submitted a form since 1 January 2024, please submit one to renew your membership.

For playing membership…

Step 2: During the designated week, register your application to be a “playing member” in the next session. If oversubscribed, places will be allocated by ballot. Successful players then pay the appropriate fee (currently £85) for that session.
