Reminder…
The first rehearsal of the Merchant Sinfonia Spring 2015 season will be next Tuesday, 17 February.
In addition to your instrument, it might be useful to bring along…
- Your own music stand (we don’t know the current state of Studio 1 stands!)
- A soft pencil (much of the music for this season is on loan, so any markings must be reversible)
- Your own copies (from IMSLP) of music for Sullivan and Bizet pieces (parts for other pieces will be handed out at rehearsals – and must be returned after the final concert)
Rehearsals start at 7:30pm prompt, though the rehearsal room (Studio 1) is usually available from about 6:30-ish for setting up, etc.
Please enter City Halls via the stage door (Albion Street), sign in at the desk, and proceed to Studio 1 (Level 5).
And finally… for those of you yet to pay your fees – please be prepared to face Treasurer Anne with excuses (or a note from your Mum!)
