The orchestra’s chair, Jenny Kenny, has organised a virtual quiz to be held at 7:30 pm on Tuesday 21 April. There are three elements to this.
1. A YouTube channel on which Jenny will compere the quiz. This also contains an introductory video that you can watch before the quiz. This can be found at:

The code for the quiz is 168979.
If you don’t already have a myQuiz account, you will have to create one and set up a password. When you then log in, you will be shown an Add Quiz box with two buttons, “Add” & “Cancel”. You should choose Cancel. You will then be taken to a Window with a box at the top to let you enter the code to join the quiz. Enter 168979 in this, and you will then be taken to a page that lets you register for the quiz.
You can register at any time, but won’t be able to see the quiz until it starts (7:30 pm on Tuesday 21 April).
3. A Zoom meeting to be held immediately after the quiz, at 8:30 pm on Tuesday 21 April, to discuss the quiz and have a general chat. The details are:

Jenny’s commentary on the YouTube channel will be audio only; so you can leave it running in the background while the quiz is running in the active tab of your the browser. It will also be possible to do the quiz without running the commentary at all. The questions will be visible on myquiz.org and the commentary is just intended to provide some extra explanation at the start and to help with breaks between rounds.
The quiz is intended to be informal and will consist of general knowledge rather than solely musical questions. You can participate by yourself or form a team with other members of your household or with a friend in a different location (communicating by e.g. phone or WhatsApp).
